Riverside Condo Renovation

This project involved both architectural changes as well as a full complement of interior design services. On the architectural front, CTA made numerous layout improvements, including but not limited to: opening up the kitchen, creating a fully accessible master bath, reconfiguring the internal stair, and creating a space for a future residential elevator (should it be needed). The scope of the interior design included documenting and placing all the client’s current furniture, coordinating refinishing and reupholstery of certain pieces, and selecting new furniture, fabrics, carpets, lighting, and window treatments.
