CATHERINE TRUMAN
PRINCIPAL
Catherine started the practice in 2013, after 15 years at Ann Beha Architects (now Annum Architects), where she started and ran the residential portion of the practice and worked on several important preservation projects.
She holds a Master of Architecture degree from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Dartmouth College. Previous to an architecture career, Catherine worked at the Museum of Modern Art, the New York Landmarks Preservation Commission, and with the National Parks Service Historic American Building Survey and Historic American Engineering Record. She has worked abroad with Foster and Partners in London, with US/ICOMOS in Split, Croatia, in Istanbul, Turkey, and in Mostar, Bosnia.
She continues to travel whenever possible, with significant trips to Nepal and Bhutan, Oman, Ecuador, Iran, South Africa, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Tanzania, Peru, Chile, and the cities of the Silk Road in Uzbekistan, and most recently, Greenland and northern India. While a good writer should be well read, a good architect should be well seen.
Catherine is a registered architect in Massachusetts, New York, and New Hampshire, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Cameron Aylward
Cameron joined CTA in July 2023, after graduating from Northeastern University with a Master of Architecture. Prior to earning his Masters, Cam worked for a residential firm for three years after earning is Bachelor of Architecture from Keene State College. Cam enjoys antiquing in his free time.
PHOEBE COLLOREDO-MANSFELD
Phoebe joined CTA in September 2022. Her previous experience includes work at both the residential and institutional scales in New York City and Boston.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design from the University of Virginia, and her Master of Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture. Phoebe is a registered architect in Massachusetts.
TONY FILARDO
Tony joined CTA in May 2021. He has over a decade of experience in the high-end residential world, prior to which his work was in the commercial and retail space.
Tony received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Hartford and his Master of Architecture from SUNY Buffalo. He is a registered architect in Massachusetts, New York, and Connecticut.
PETER GULAIEV
Peter joined CTA in January 2021. His long career has focused on historic preservation, much of it in and around Providence, Rhode Island. Peter received both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design.
He volunteers with the East Blackstone Quaker Meeting House and Cemetery Historical Association, serving on the Board of Directors since 2010, and with Historic New England’s Casey Farm in Saunderstown, RI.
JULIA MICHELSEN
Julia joined CTA in 2014 as CTA’s second full-time employee. She has been involved in many of CTA’s significant projects, including Modern Townhouse, Maker Space & Art Studio, South End Townhouse, Berkshire Farm House & Net Zero Barn, Nantucket House, and Nantucket Kitchen.
Julia received both her Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Virginia. She is a registered architect in Massachusetts and a LEED Accredited Professional.
RYAN NEVIDOMSKY
Ryan joined CTA in April 2021, bringing 15 years of experience in the world of high end residential design, and is well versed in both interior & exterior architecture. He has worked on a very wide range of projects both at CTA and previously, from historical restoration at Boston’s Trinity Church to contemporary new construction homes. His most significant CTA projects to date include Cambridge Federal Renovation and is the leading the design team of Mountain View Farm (forthcoming on the website). Ryan received his Bachelor of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College, with a focus on interior design.
MACY RADLOFF
Macy joined CTA in April 2021, after spending ten years in the restaurant and catering world. Macy brings a love of organizing to her role managing the extensive samples library, while soaking up as much about architecture and design as she can. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Williams College.
LINDSAY ROLAND
Lindsay joined CTA in July 2022, after graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona. She interned with Line & Space LLC in Tucson, AZ while she was a student, where she assisted with various public projects, marketing and social media. She is currently pursuing licensure in Massachusetts.
Rebecca Tredwell
Rebecca joined CTA in May 2023, after graduating from Northeastern University with a Master of Architecture. She interned at KMW Architecture in Boston while she was a student, where she assisted with ongoing projects at the University or Rhode Island and the Kent School in CT. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from College of the Holy Cross. Rebecca is looks forward to growing her interior architecture knowledge with CTA.

Ari Levine
Ari joined CTA in June 2021. Prior to joining CTA his architectural focus was on façade and building enclosure assessment and rehabilitation.
Ari received both his Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees from Tulane University. He is a registered architect in Massachusetts and New York.

Phoebe joined CTA in September 2022. Her previous experience includes work at both the residential and institutional scales in New York City and Boston.

Laura Fitzmaurice
Laura joined CTA in February 2021. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University. In addition to her design work, Laura researches and writes about early women architects and has forthcoming book on the architect Clotilde Brewster.
Peter Gulaiev

Molly Jonak
Molly joined CTA in 2015. In her time with the firm, Molly has worked on a range of projects including South End Townhouse, Classic Townhouse, Beacon Street Apartment, Berkshire Farm House, Net Zero Barn, as well as an ongoing historical restoration project for the Longyear Museum in Chestnut Hill.
She helps CTA’s clients complete their new or renovated spaces by master planning furniture layouts, creating palettes, and souring and selecting fabrics, furniture, lighting, and décor. Molly earned a Bachelor of Interior Design from Endicott College with a Sustainable Design concentration.
